Assistive Technology / Minor Home Modifications
Assessments and applications for assistive technology and home modifications to improve function and independence.
Assistive technology is any specialised equipment that assists an individual to perform daily tasks. This could include dressing aids or shower chairs for personal care tasks or mobility aids such as wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
Home Modifications aim to improve your safety and independence within the home, and may include grab rails or ramps.
